We deliver countrywide across Kenya. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
How Delivery Works
1. Place & Pay
Place your order via our website or WhatsApp and complete payment through M-Pesa STK Push.
2. We Process
We confirm your order, prepare your items, and hand them over to our delivery partner - typically within 24 hours.
3. We Deliver
Your order is dispatched and delivered to your provided address. You will receive a notification when it is on its way.
Nairobi Delivery
Since distances within Nairobi are relatively short, delivery fees are primarily driven by the size and weight of your item rather than the specific location. A small, lightweight item - like a decor piece or set of mugs - will attract a low fee, while a bulky item like a vacuum cleaner, large bedding set, or piece of furniture will cost more due to handling and transport requirements.
That said, areas further from the city centre - such as Ruiru, Athi River, or Kitengela - will attract a slightly higher fee compared to central zones like Westlands or the CBD, even for similar item sizes.
The exact fee will always be communicated to you before your order is confirmed - you will never be surprised at checkout.
Upcountry Delivery
For deliveries outside Nairobi, fees are calculated based on both the distance to your county and the size or weight of your items. A small item going to Nakuru will cost significantly less than a large appliance or piece of furniture going to Mombasa or Kisumu.
Closer counties like Nakuru and Nyeri attract lower fees, while destinations further away - such as Mombasa, Kisumu, or Eldoret - will cost more, especially for heavier or bulkier items. Very remote areas or counties off major transit routes may require a custom quote.
In all cases, we will give you a clear delivery quote before dispatch. If you are unsure of the fee for your location and item, reach out on WhatsApp and we will respond promptly.
We deliver to all 47 counties. Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 business days for most towns, and up to 7 days for remote areas.
Important Notes
Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate. Our courier will call before arriving. If you are unreachable, re-delivery charges may apply.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any known delays proactively.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Inspect your order at the point of delivery and report any visible damage immediately to our team.
